Amuse Bouche was born in 2015 in Milan as a creative laboratory dedicated to small gastronomic tastings capable of surprising the palate. Over time the project has evolved into a catering and events reality that combines food design, quality of raw materials and great aesthetic attention.
Today Amuse Bouche organizes corporate and private events, taking care of every detail: from the creation of the menu to the set-up, up to the service.
The Amuse Bouche team is a rare balance between vision and concreteness. Costanza leads with creativity and a continuous flow of ideas, Daniela brings pragmatism and good humor, keeping everything in harmony even in the most intense moments. Maikol is the organizational engine: precise, reliable, impeccable in logistics.
In the kitchen, Salah is the heart and the palate: he gives identity and depth to every proposal. At his side, Amin is his natural extension, right and left arm, fundamental for transforming each service into a fluid experience with attention to every detail.
